Becoming an Antiracist organization takes work and it starts at the top of every organization and works its way throughout that organization.  There must be commitment in the form of staff, resources, external and internal communications, ongoing support and metrics for antiracism activities.  Organizations must have patience, and give grace, they must be courageous enough to call it out when members fall short.  It takes everyone to build an Antiracist organization. This module is designed to help begin the journey towards Antiracism as individuals and organizations.
