The Optimists' DEI Workbook

The Optimists' DEI Workbook is an accompanying tool for all of the Practical Diversity DEI trainings.  The workbook is designed to help mitigate the frustration and overwhelming feeling that can come from DEI trainings by giving you a resource to keep the work going.  This workbook will help you to keep track of your ideas and feelings related to DEI training.  You can go as deep as you like or as shallow as you please.
